IRS tax deduction forms--
This note is from the Baltimore Regional Office and dated November 2006:

"As tax season approaches, we thought it wise to clarify the procedure for obtaining replacement Tax Deduction Forms for Host Families. Every year, many Host Families lose their original form and contact AFS (both staff and volunteers) in various stages of desperation seeking a replacement.

"Requests for replacement tax deduction forms should be directed to Elizabeth Wyman in our Portland Office. Her phone number is 1-800-237-4636 x1551 there and she also can be reached by email at ewyman@afs.org ."
